Content Roadmap 2026

Blog Updates

We’ve had a successful first year! Last year we launched http://www.zennado.com and have begun posting about awareness and questioning the self. I laid out a content pathway that we’ll be following for 2026, and it’ll probably spill over into 2027 as I am committed to writing through Acts I – X.

So far, I’ve written 15 blog posts within the new “acts” formula. There were other posts out there before I started writing in this “Acts” manner, but they’ll stay out there. I don’t have any intention of deleting posts, especially as it’ll be nice to see where things started and how far along they’ve come.

My cadence is to write 1 blog post per week. I try to publish on Wednesdays, but sometimes I get slammed with work and school tasks that makes publishing the blog very difficult, so sometimes it needs to get put onto the back burner for a few days. I will be finishing up my graduate degree this winter in December of 2026. Once that is completed, then I’ll have a lot more time that I can dedicate to the blog and YouTube channel.

YouTube Channel

Speaking of the YouTube channel, I just recently posted my first video in the Zen-space with an authentic video of some nice time by the fireplace. Its a cozy video with no music or talking points, just something to Zen-out with.

My aim is to have some of these Zen videos where I record a nice thunderstorm or a lovely campfire that we can just enjoy together. Sometimes I like to listen to this type of content when I’m reading or working.

I also want to develop videos that I discuss the blog posts in more of a lecture style, that way people that don’t like reading blogs can hear the message through a video, or if someone does really like reading but they want a more in depth discussion about a particular topic, then the video will allow me more time to go through that with you.

Novel Work

I am hard at work on my second fiction novel. I am sending out the first 5 chapters to beta-readers and the response is that it is a very compelling thriller/noir story set in a sci-fi setting. I am refining some of the beginning sections and then I have to draft the rest of the novel, so I’m aiming to get some query letters out this year to get the book published either via traditional publishing or indie/boutique publishers. If not, then I can certainly self-publish the book as I did with my first one, but I would prefer to have help with marketing and getting the novel out there if it is well received.

Probably after this fiction novel is done I am going to move into some non-fiction work in the Zen philosophy space, likely using some of the topics we discuss here as a foundation for a book outline.

TLDR

  • My aim is to publish a weekly blog post on Wednesdays
  • Begin recording and publishing longer form YouTube video lectures/discussions
  • Continue work on my second fiction novel
